All product prices are in £ sterling (GBP) exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). |

Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Equineck. We reserve the right to decline any order. |
Order Payment
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, or Switch through the secure gateway operated by PayPal.com and are subject to PayPal's terms. We do not have access to any customer's credit card details. |
Delivery
Our delivery charge is £3.50 per order in the UK. All orders in the UK are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We endeavour to send items within 7 working days upon receipt of payment. If for any reason delivery will take longer than this we will notify you by phone or email.
Certain other countries attract a delivery charge of £6.50. If we do not deliver to your country, please contact us at info@equineck.com and we will inform you of the postage charge if we can deliver to your country. In all non-UK deliveries you are responsible for any import duties/taxes set by your country. |
Returns & Refunds
- All goods are hand-made to order and may not therefore be returned unless faulty.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with anything purchased from Equineck please contact us.
- In the unlikely event of faulty goods please contact Equineck to discuss return and replacement procedure.
